This residential project originally began as an investment for a fix-and-flip but ultimately became my and Rocco's primary residence for two years. We undertook a complete gut remodel of this historical home located in Washington Park, Denver.

We replaced all major mechanical systems, including electrical and plumbing. Additionally, we handled pre-construction planning and design for the project. We renovated both the interior and exterior, and we also added a two-car garage to the property.
