This was an RCG project. The client reached out to us because they had experienced significant water damage to their rental property due to frozen pipes. Since the client no longer lived in Boulder, they attempted to manage the project remotely but were not having a positive experience.

RCG took over the management of the project, handling all permitting and the scope of work. Throughout the project, Jacob, who later wrote a Google review for RCG, expressed his satisfaction with our communication and professionalism. He sought guidance on whether to keep the unit as a rental or sell it.

JROC provided Jacob with a market analysis to help him decide how to proceed. We also interviewed to become the listing agent, sharing our listing and marketing processes with him. As a result, Jacob hired JROC Properties as the listing agent for the project. This outcome exemplifies the purpose behind creating RCG Inc.—to provide a higher level of service.
